Spencer Architecture was set up in 1992 by Clive Spencer, providing professional design expertise to both the commercial and residential clients seeking to enhance and extract the maximum value out of their property.
 

In 1995, Chris Spencer joined his Brother, bringing complimentary Building Surveying services to the company.

Our Architects have experience with a wide range of jobs from refurbishment and regeneration to new builds. We have particular expertise in negotiating tricky planning permissions and dealing with Listed Buildings.

Our Building Surveying division has extensive skills dealing mainly with party wall procedures through to repairs, refurbishment and alteration of both commercial and residential properties and dilapidations negotiations.
